Employee injured after falling from slippery roof

On February 1, 2003, an employee of A. B. C. Building Supply was on the roof, 20 ft above the ground, removing snow before roofing. Employee slipped on snow and slippery sheeting and fell off the roof. He was hospitalized and treated for contusions.
