Employee dies in tractor roll-over

At 5:20 p.m. on October 12, 2001, Employee #1 was driving a low profile 4430 Ford Orchard Tractor with a model LNW six-bin apple trailer attached to the front end. He was driving in reverse down a road that has about a 30-degree grade. Employee #1 ran into some trees and lost control of the tractor, causing it and the trailer to roll onto their side. Employee #1 was ejected and died.
