Employee killed after falling from roof

On November 13, 2001, Employee #1 was observing a coworker installing gutter shielding. Employee #1 attempted to aid the coworker by drilling a hole in the sheet metal gutter when he lost his balance and fell 18.3 ft unto a concrete patio. Employee #1 was killed.
