Employee Killed When Struck by Falling Tree Limb

Employee #1 and coworkers were in the process of de-liming a tree at a private residence. A limb was cut at a height of approximately 40 ft and fell to the ground striking Employee #1 on the head. Employee #1 sustained fatal head injuries.
