Employee Suffers Anuerism And Dies

On October 25, 2001, Employee #1 lifted the end of a 100-pound auger and suffered back pain and a headache. Employee #1 sought medical attention on October 25, 2001, and underwent a CAT scan on October 26, 2001. The CAT scan showed an aneurysm, and Employee #1 underwent surgery to repair it. Employee #1 died on November 11, 2001.
