Investigation Summary
On November 20, 2001, Employee #1, a crane operator for Dance Bros, was operating a Richier Tower Crane lifting materials when the slew ring came apart from the slew table. The crane boom and tower collapsed, fell onto an adjacent building, and struck Employee #1. Employee #1 decided not to go to a local hospital to his treat lacerations on his body.
