Employee Falls From Beam

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on March 30, 2003, Employee # 1 was installing decking and wall panels on a metal building approximately 37 feet in height. Employee #1 was transferring from the roof to a transverse lift with the attached basket. Employee # 1 apparently lost his balance and attempted to hang on to a beam and fell 37 feet to his death.
