Employee Injured When Hand Caught In Press

At approximately 7:00 a.m. on July 19, 2001, Employee #1 caught his hand in the point of operation of a part-revolution mechanical power press while training a new operator. Employee #1 suffered the amputation of the tips his right ring finger and little finger, and had his right middle finger crushed. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
