Employee dies from myocardium infarction

On July 23, 2001, Employee #1 was working alone in a warehouse area. He was adjusting the weights on containers of sodium cyanide. Another coworker near the area noticed on the bin indicators that Employee #1 was not adding enough material to balance the container weight. The coworker and other employee began to look for him. They found him on a work platform where the scales were located. He had no pulse. Emergency medical personnel were summoned. Upon the results of the autopsy, the medical coroner revealed that he had died from a myocardium infarction (heart attack).
