Employee crushed by falling tree

Employee #1 was felling trees. Employee #1 had felled a hickory tree that was now lying on the ground. Employee #1 had apparently cut or notched an oak tree to fall toward the downed hickory tree. Employee #1 began to limb the hickory tree and was struck from the rear by the oak tree. The oak tree fatally crushed him against the hickory tree.
