Investigation Summary
On March 27, 2002, Employee #1 was applying stain to the side of a building. There were no witnesses, so they don't know how far up the ladder Employee #1 was at the time of the incident. The ladder was 15 feet long. Employee #1 suffered a subdural hematoma on both sides of his head, a possible neck fracture, and back bruising and was hospitalized.
