Employee injured when earth-moving equipment overturns

On March 6, 2002, Employee #1 with a landscaping company was operating a tractor to level the dirt in a large water drainage wash near a new school being constructed in Santa Clara, CA. The tractor fell over on its right side. Employee #1 sustained compound fractures to his right ankle, and was hospitalized.
