Employee injured after falling from erection floor

On February 7, 2002, Employee #1 and coworkers of Wadman Corporation were laying the steel decking for the roof to rest on. When Employee #1 walked onto the decking to tack the far side the decking shifted. He fell 20 ft landing on both feet and shattering both lower legs. He was hospitalized for multiple fractures to both lower legs.
