Investigation Summary
On January 24, 2002, Employee #1 became unconscious due to a grand mal seizure. While falling to the tile floor, his right arm briefly dipped into the boiling water in the sink then out again. He had second- and third-degree burns on his right arm and hand. Employee #1 was hospitalized to treat his arm and hand.
