On November 12, 2001, Employee #1 was found slumped over in a company owned vehicle. Employee #1 had driven the vehicle from his home to his workplace at the Intermountain Bobcat equipment lot located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Employee #1 had not initiated the work to pick-up rental equipment for delivery to the customer. Employee #1 had died.
