Employee Is Found Semiconscious, Later Dies

At 6:55 p.m. on September 30, 2005, Employee #1, of Dundee Csd Fatality was found semiconscious below a loading dock. It was not determined whether she had fallen from the loading dock. She was transported to the hospital for treatment, where she later died. The cause of death was determined to be a closed head injury; however, other contributing factors may have included aortic valvular disease and diabetes mellitus.
