Employee Killed When Drove Vehicle Into Canal

Employee #1 died from asphyxiation when he fell into a canal while driving his five wheeler vehicle around an orange grove. Employee #1 accidentally detoured from the normal traveling path onto a parallel path, which lead to a canal. He was killed when he fell into the canal and was pinned by the vehicle.
