Employee dies from a fall off an elevated platform

On April 12, 2002, Employee #1 was repairing a light standard in a parking lot from the basket of an aerial ladder when he lost his balance and fell. He landed upon the ground striking his head. The impact of his fall caused significant brain trauma that was fatal.
