Employee Killed in Fall From Elevation

Employee #1 and two other employees were performing leading edge work on the east side of the roof. The employees took a break and upon returning to the roof, Employee #1 started to lift off one section of roofing. The section of roof he was standing on gave way, causing him to lose his balance and fall to the lower level. Employee #1 was killed as a result of the fall.
