Employee Killed in Fall From Roof

At approximately 4:00 p.m. on April 10, 2001, Employee #1 was removing sheet metal and insulation from the roof of a building that was being demolished. Employee #1 was known to have a heart condition. He had a heart attack that was possibly brought on by heavy exertion in the excessive heat of the 90 degree day. This caused Employee #1 to fall from the roof approximately 15 feet to the concrete surface, killing him.
