Employee asphyxiated between vehicles

On February 18, 2002, Employee #1, a truck driver, was securing a load of rebar on a flatbed trailer when he slipped and fell. He fell in between his trailer and another trailer parked nearby. The compressive forces of the trailers acted upon his body inhibiting his breathing. He was not able to free himself and died from asphyxia.
