Employee Injured When Scaffold Failed And He Fell

On December 28, 2001, Employee #1, a bricklayer, was working on a two-plank outrigger section of a tubular welded scaffold which failed, causing Employee #1 to fall 30-feet and strike the frozen ground. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fracture.
