Employee electrocuted hooking up septic tank under trailer

On August 26, 2003, Employee #1 was hooking up a septic tank under a trailer that was being used as an office. He was laying on the ground making PVC pipe connections when a coworker found him unresponsive. Emergency Services was called and declared Employe #1 dead from unknown causes. An administrative coworker inside the trailer who responded to give assistance said that she had received an electric shock when she touched the side of the trailer and the aluminum steps and railing leading from the trailer to the ground.
