Employee fell 6 feet to the ground

An employee positioned a step ladder against a wall to install an electronic device on a spray paint booth. As he stepped onto the top rung, the ladder slipped out from underneath him. The employee fell six feet to the concrete floor below. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
