Employee falls from scaffold

Employee #1 and a coworker were installing siding from a single tier scaffold. The scaffold tipped over backwards throwing both employees off the scaffold to the ground and sidewalk. Employee #1 landed on his head and shoulder on the sidewalk. He was hospitalized for his injuries. Employee #2 landed on his side, partially in the dirt and partially on the sidewalk. He was not hospitalized.
