Garbage truck worker breaks his left femur and right foot

On November 23, 2000, a garbage truck worker was retrieving a bag of garbage that had fallen out of the front loading collection box of the truck. While the collection box was being lowered, it accidentally hit the employee breaking his left femur and right foot. The employee was hospitalized with multiple fractures.
