Employee crushed between two scissor lifts

Employee #1, a yardman, was in process of moving a scissor lift when trying to start the scissor lift. The lift moved forward and struck another lift parked nearby. Employee #1 was crushed between the two scissor lifts. Employee #1 died of multiple injuries to the body.
