Employee Fractures Ankle When Log Strikes His Legs

Employee #1 fractured his ankle when a log struck him in the legs. He pulled the drop line from the Eaglet Carriage to turn the logs. He positioned himself above and to the side of the turn and gave the go-ahead signal. As the turn was moving towards the carriage, one of the logs hit a stump and swung towards him. The log struck Employee #1's lower leg. Employee #1 was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
