Employee Blacks Out And Falls From Ladder

On September 28, 2001, Employee #1 was on a ladder changing air filters inside the Vigo County courthouse when he apparently blacked out and fell off the ladder, falling approximately 5 feet. He was taken to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, where he had surgery on his right wrist, received treatment on his head, and was released.
