Employee Dies After Fallling From A Pick-Up Truck

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on November 15, 2000, Employee #1 died from a concussion when he fell off the back of a pick-up truck. He was riding in a Dodge Dakota pick-up truck. Prior to falling from the truck, he was in a squatted position facing forward (driver position). After falling, he landed on the asphalt and died from a concussion. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at approximately 12:30 p.m. on December 1, 2000.
