Investigation Summary

Employee #1 was on a ladder using an electric screw gun to install a piece of fascia on a new mobile home. Some time later, the owner of the home found him lying on the ground at the foot of the ladder. He was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy indicated he did not die of natural causes, a heart attack, a fall from the ladder, or electrocution. When this report was written, the cause of death had not yet been determined. The crime lab had undertaken a toxicology report, but the results were not yet available.
