Employee Killed In 22 Foot Fall From A Bridge
Employee #1 died when he fell 22 feet off a bridge. He was on a steel beam being removed from the bridge. He then stepped off the beam onto a 6 foot steel diaphragm that had been cut on both ends. Employee #1 fell 22 feet to the ground and died.
