Employee is crushed between paper rolls

Employee #1 and a forklift operator were moving a 91 in. paper roll and checking the quality of the product. The forklift held the paper with clamps. Employee #1 cut the metal banding while the roll was approximately 2 ft in the air. The paper roll came out of the clamps and rolled into employee #1 crushing him between it and a 31 in. roll that was on the floor behind him. He was hospitalized for broken bones and a detached urethra.
