Employee Died In Fall From Telecommunications Tower
Two employees were working on a telecommunications tower. One of them was tightening a flange for a splice. As he was repositioning himself, he fell 18.3 meters to the ground. The injured employee was alive en route to a hospital, but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
