Investigation Summary
At approximately 4:45 p.m. on October 2, 2000, Employees #1 and #2 were applying line stripping in the right lane of an Interstate highway when the driver of an eastbound 18-wheel tractor truck applied his brakes, swerved into the lane, and ran them down. Employees #1 and #2 sustained blunt force trauma and to head and torso; they were pronounced dead at the scene.
