Employee killed when crushed by stack of particle boards

Employees had moved around 85 sheets of 4-foot by 8-foot particle board from outside of a home under construction to inside the home. They leaned the particle board panels up against an upright frame member, setting them on the 4 foot end of the boards. Employee #1 then began passing the sheets up to a coworker. As this was being done, the stack fell forward onto Employee #1 and crushed him to death.
