Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

On July 24, 2002, Employee #1 was using a ladder to access the roof of a one-story residence under construction. The ladder had been set on uneven ground. When the ladder tipped over, he fell to the ground, and sustained multiple contusions and abrasions.
