Employee falls from roof after tripping

At the end of the work day, Employee #1 was descending a job-made ladder connecting an intermediate roof to a lower roof when he tripped on the wire rope in front of the ladder used for perimeter guarding. He fell more than 14 ft and was hospitalized.
