Employee Killed When Struck By A Beam

Employee #1, a truck operator, was struck by a beam and killed. His coworker was using a Skytrek all-terrain powered industrial truck to off load steel beams from a flatbed trailer. One of the beams on the outside edge fell off the truck and struck Employee #1 on his chest and shoulder. Employee #1 had been crouched down alongside of the trailer folding up some signs.
