Employee's toe amputated when equipment falls on it

Employee #1 was assembling a John Deere 512 Disk Ripper and noticed that a part was missing from the leveling arm. He went to add the part to the tongue of the equipment and knocked a pin out. The leveling arm and the tongue of the ripper fell on his left foot amputating his big toe.
