Employee died after fall

On March 22, 2001, four employees were directed to go on a tin roof of a warehouse and patch some leaks. The employees were almost finished when Employee #1 fell through a weakened portion of the tin roof. The employee fell 14 feet and landed head first on the asphalt. The employee was transported to the local hospital and then flown to another facility for treatment of his head injuries. After being in a coma for 6 weeks, Employee #1 died.
