Employee Suffers Burns From Flash Fire

Employee #1 suffered burns to his arms (which required skin grafts), and burns to his face (which did not require grafts) in a flash fire while cleaning equipment. Employee #1 also suffered minor burns on his back. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
