Employee Fractured Bones Falling From Roof

Employee #1 fractured some bones after falling approximately 23 feet when he stepped on a panel and tabs on a flat roof that was not secured. He was cutting holes in metal panels on a flat roof leaving tabs to hold panels in place. Employee #1 went to a local hospital for treatment.
