Employee Is Injured When Struck by Forklift

At approximately 12:20 p.m. on October 23, 2006, Employee #1 was struck by an unattended forklift which was parked on a grade with the wheels un-chocked. Employee #1 was pinned between the frame and the handrail of a tensioner on a conveyor and the frame of the forks. His thumb and legs were fractured and he was hospitalized.
