Employee Loses Part Of Finger Operating A Stud Welder

Employee #1 lost the back portion of his right index finger when he was operating on a stud welder. He was operating an LORS machinery stud welder. Employee #1 received a pinched wound which severed the back portion of right index finger. He went to a local hospital for treatment.
