Employee injures finger in power press

At 8:30 a.m. on June 13, 2002, Employee #1 was placing a part into a Minister 90-600 part revolution press. The pullbacks failed to pull his hands back in time due to improper adjustment. The press cycled on him while his hands were in the point of operation. Employee #1 was hospitalized for a pinching injury to a finger.
