Employee killed in fall from roof

On April 25, 2000, Employee #1, the owner of Dineen Home Improvement and Construction, and his coworker brother were throwing stucco debris off a 16 ft high section of a roof. Employee #1 fell off the roof and was killed. No fall protection measures were being used by any of the workers at the site.
