Pre-cast parking garage collapses- no injury data

An individual on the fourth floor of a pre-cast parking garage, which was under construction, was in the process of jacking, lifting, and leveling a single-T concrete beam located on the 5th floor. The jacking was being done with a 15 ton floor jack, a 6 inch square by 8 ft long timber and a 6 inch square by 3 ft crib block. During this process the single-T pre-cast concrete floor section on the fifth floor became dislodged and started a chain reaction dislodging one single- T and one double-T section on the fourth, third, and second floor.
