Employee killed in fall from building

Employee #1 was working at the sixth guest level of a hotel under construction when he apparently fell to the ground and was killed. It is not known what tasks he was involved in at the time, because no tools or equipment were present at the accident site and there were no witnesses. At the time of inspection, fall protection was being used to guard three large window openings on that floor.
