Employee is killed by moving vehicle

At approximately 3 a.m. on August 27, 2003, Employee #1, an employee of the New York City Department of Transportation was working at the Grace Asphalt Plant. Employee #1 was standing between two parked vehicles, when another New York City Department of Transportation employee allegedly mounted one of the parked vehicles and began to move it. Employee #1 was caught between both vehicles and was killed.
